I've spent more than 25 years underground — in crawl spaces, manholes, and main lines all over Utah. I've seen what good work looks like, and I've seen a lot of the other kind.
I struck out on my own to build something for my family, but honestly that's only half of it. Too many people in this trade sell work that doesn't need doing. A homeowner gets scared into a full replacement when the line could have been cleaned and lined for a fraction of the cost. That never sat right with me.
So here's how we do it: we put a camera in the line first. We show you what we see. We explain it the way I'd explain it to my own neighbor — no jargon, no pressure. Then we quote the work that actually solves your problem.
